Altenative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Bangladesh
Alternative dispute resolution is considered as an indispensable method to establish effective justice delivery system. This is considered an ineffective method of resolving disputes between the parties. Following this method, the parties can reach to a win-win situation. There are various form of ADR in Bangladesh such as- mediation, conciliation, arbitration etc. Provisions relating to Alternative Dispute Resolution in Bangladesh are as below:
